Job Duties

• Manage domestic operations office staff.
• Oversee export documentation and logistics
• Oversee import documentation
• Negotiate with ocean freight forwarders
• Oversee domestic freight logistics
• Oversee logistics for container direct deliveries
• Communicate with overseas vendors
• Oversee domestic warehouse logistics
• Manage direct container customer service

Job Requirements

Must have Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or International Trade and 2 years of experience in job offered.

Job Responsibilities

Selling Zuo products to trade customers, maintaining and servicing active accounts while opening new accounts. Coordinating with Zuo inside account management & general customer service for multiple trade clients. Additional travel to annual tradeshows will be required.

Job Duties

• Exceptional customer service & sales background required
• General knowledge of indoor & outdoor furniture, lighting accents needed
• Administrative skills required in email correspondence, Word, Excel, data/order entry
• Able to oversee create requests from corporate office while working alongside inside account management & general customer service
• Familiar with busy trade only showroom environment
