JOB DUTIES:
Research and implement new technologies to improve company's information technology (IT) processes. Devise ways to add new functionality to company's existing computer systems. Design and implement new systems by configuring hardware and software systems. Oversee installation and configuration of new IT systems for company. Test systems to ensure workability. Analyze company's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to provide relevant metrics of lost sales from canceled orders, product returns and quote miscalculations. Provide item demand pattern identifications, replenishment and usage analysis by item. Analyze metrics provided by company's webpage and mobile application. Align company's webpage and mobile app to correspond to company's business goals. Analyze company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to provide relevant data regarding ranking reports by sales, sales rep. and volume. Assist with company's sales force automation and customer rewards program and maintenance. Train users on new systems.
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering and 2years of experience.
