Manage furniture warehouse. Supervise daily activities of warehouse and workers engaged in receiving, storing, and shipping our products to ensure that productivity targets are met. Assist with logistics, distribution and receipt of office furniture for domestic and commercial use.

COMPUTER SYSTEMS ANALYST:

Research and implement new technologies to improve company's information technology (IT) processes. Devise ways to add new functionality to company's existing computer systems. Design and implement new systems by configuring hardware and software systems. Oversee installation and configuration of new IT systems for company. Test systems to ensure workability. Analyze company's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to provide relevant metrics of lost sales from canceled orders, product returns and quote miscalculations. Provide item demand pattern identifications, replenishment and usage analysis by item. Analyze metrics provided by company's webpage and mobile application. Align company's webpage and mobile app to correspond to company's business goals. Analyze company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to provide relevant data regarding ranking reports by sales, sales rep. and volume. Assist with company's sales force automation and customer rewards program and maintenance. Train users on new systems.

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems

SALES REPRESENTATIVE MT, ID:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: SALES REPRESENTATIVE POSITION WILL INCLUDE SELLING ZUO PRODUCTS TO TRADE CUSTOMERS, MAINTAINING AND SERVICING ACTIVE ACCOUNTS WHILE OPENING NEW ACCOUNTS FOR MT, ID TERRITORY. COORDINATING WITH ZUO INSIDE ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT & GENERAL CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR MULTIPLE TRADE CLIENTS. ADDITIONAL TRAVEL TO ANNUAL TRADESHOWS WILL BE REQUIRED.

JOB DUTIES:

  • EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE & SALES BACKGROUND REQUIRED.
  • GENERAL KNOWLEDGE OF INDOOR & OUTDOOR FURNITURE, LIGHTING ACCENTS NEEDED.
